Details for the October 28th, 2026 Dance-A-Thon Event
We can't wait to celebrate with you! To ensure a fun, safe, and memorable event for everyone, please review these important expectations for the October 28th, Dance-A-Thon and Trick Oβ Treating event!
π« Campus Entry & Exit
Enter through the Auditorium and sign in ALL visitors at the designated tables.
Exit through the Main gate and sign out at the designated tables.
Pre-Arraged Volunteers: Please go to the Main Office to sign in and be provided with a lanyard.
π Dance-A-Thon and Campus Boundaries
Join your child during their scheduled dance time in the auditorium. Feel free to dance along!
Families with multiple children are encouraged to leave and return for their next child's session.
If staying between sessions to participate with another family member, you may stay at the tables under the solar panel area, near station #6, behind the 400 building, until their designated time.
Classrooms and instructional spaces will be reserved for students and staff during this event. Visitors must refrain from entering buildings or joining children for recess/PE.
Do not purposely record or photograph students that are not your own. Never share videos/photos of other children on your social media platforms.
π¬ Trick-or-Treating
Following their dance time, students will trick-or-treat behind the 400 building. Families are welcome to walk with their children! This event is designed for our students.
Students will finish at Station 6 with a popsicle under the solar panel, behind the 400 building. Families can then exit the campus using the Main gate.
Candy and treats will be saved for home so that families can decide what children consume. Non-food options will be available for students with allergies.
π» Costume Reminders
Wednesday is our designated costume day, not Friday.
Costumes must be school-appropriate (no weapons, violent imagery, or props).
Comfortable shoes and clothing are encouraged. PE and recess will continue as usual, so consider regular clothing underneath costumes for easy changing.
Masks and face paint are okay for the Dance-A-Thon/Trick O' Treating event, as long as they do not cause a safety concern. Masks must be removed after the student's event time concludes.
Adult costumes must also be elementary school appropriate.
