Future of O'Malley follow up
Thank you all for coming out and showing support for the growth of our program and school. I am linking the slides from the meeting here. I am also including a Q and A sheet here.
I am also working on a 5 year plan which I have linked here.
If you have any questions/comments/suggestions, please feel free to reach out any time. I am looking forward to our continued partnership to grow this program and enrich our school community.

Clubs, clubs everywhere!
Going forward, we will determine all club participation through a random selection after sign-up. The reason for this is that clubs are in high demand and we are hoping to cut back on inequities that result from sign-up availability when the information is first released.
Additionally, please note that there is some overlap for clubs. We try to avoid that, but there are only so many days in a week :) For example, French theater is on Mondays, which overlaps with a few of the 2 day clubs. So if your student is already in French Theater, they may have to wait for the Spring to do a smaller club.

Goodbye, Ms. Lori and Hello Ms. Abigale!
Ms. Abigale is a welcomed new addition with a lot of experience. She is working with Ms. Lori to learn the ins and outs of O'Malley and is more than up for the task. We are so lucky to have such a great team! Thank you, Ms. Abigale for joining the O'Malley community!

Reflection
Dear O'Malley Elementary Families,
I hope you are taking time to enjoy the sun breaks, the snow fall, the falling leaves, and the beauty that is all around us. Before any of us know it, the new year will be here. So in the sprint from here to there, I hope you all find the time to breath, share laughter, and be good to yourselves.
