Online booking is now open! 👩🏻‍🏫

Please follow the steps below to make sure your conference gets booked correctly. If you have any questions, please contact the Office or your child’s teacher.

This video provides a quick outline of the steps detailed below.

How to book your Parent Teacher Conference appointment online:

1. Follow this link BOOKINGS CLICK HERE
2. Click the correct appointment slot at the top of the page - Choices are organized by teacher LAST then FIRST name.
3. Select your child’s classroom teacher (This is not optional – we are unable to change the title the program gave to the section, but you must select a teacher to book correctly)
4. Select the date:

NOVEMBER 20, 2025 ONLY - Interviews will occur between 3:00 – 6:00 - Each interview is 10 minutes in length.

Consider staggering your bookings to allow you time to move from interview to interview if you are attending in person.

1. Select an available conference time for that day with your child’s teacher
2. Fill in your name, your email address and your child’s name as required, and phone number to reach you at if booking an interview by phone.
3. Check the reminder box that you have selected the correct teacher for your conference
4. Click the Book button to complete the process
5. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your conference time

There is a Bottle Drive happening this weekend at Gordon Head Middle to support our Lambrick Park Music Program on Sunday, November 16 - please drop off your bottles starting at 10am!

Next week, we have Parent-Teacher Interviews on Thursday, November 20th 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Please see your email for instructions on how to book in with your student's teachers. If all a teacher's appointments are already booked, please reach out to the teacher directly with any questions or concerns.

If you are looking to still order school pictures of your student(s), please do so by December 8th to receive them before the holidays.
