The First Week of Advent the Hope candle is lit.

Just a reminder that we are still collecting for our Advent service project. All donated items from our school community will be given to Matthew 25 at St. Patrick Church. Together, we hope to collect 400 items by December 18. We have collected 275 items so far! We are so close to our goal already! Keep it up!

Donation Schedule

Students may bring donations on the following days in December to their homeroom teacher:

December 1: Men’s & women’s deodorant
December 2: Full-size shampoo
December 3: Full-size conditioner
December 4: Body wash
December 5: Body lotion
December 8: Bar soap
December 9: Baby wipes
December 10: Dish soap
December 11: Laundry detergent
December 12: Chapstick
December 15: Razors & shaving cream
December 16: Canned fruit
December 17: Canned vegetables
December 18: Can openers
December 19: Canned beans

All donation boxes will be located outside Mr. Wieber’s office for easy drop-off.

Parents- want to do something for your child's teacher and school staff this Christmas, but not sure what? Our CPTO is collecting donations for the St. Patrick's Staff Christmas Fund. Donations are divided among all teachers, associates, daycare staff, office staff, bus drivers and kitchen personnel to allow them to select a Scrip gift card of their choice.

If you would like to participate, please send your donation and card that was was sent home with your students on Monday, in an envelope marked "Christmas Fund" by Friday December 12th. These cards will be shared with teachers and staff. 🎄

Mark your calendars for our annual St. Nick's Shop hosted by our CPTO! This year's event will take place December 8th through the 11th. Students in grades preschool- grade 8 are invited to shop for Christmas gifts for their family and friends. All gifts are $3.00 each, and shopping will be during approved school hours.

We are in need of adult volunteers to make this event successful. Help is needed for set up, tear down, assisting children with shopping, ringing up gifts at the shop and wrapping the purchased gifts. If you are willing to share your time and talents for this CPTO event, please sign up on the Volunteer Sign-up on our website, or reach out to either one of the co-chairs for more information! Christmas Performances! 🎄

On Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2:00 p.m. please join the Kindergarten, first, and second grade students as they sing songs that will fill your heart with the joy of the season.

On Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7:00 p.m. our Third and fourth grade students will perform their Christmas musical, A Play in a Manger.

Winter Band Concert! 🎷

On Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 7:00 p.m. Our fifth through eighth grade band students will celebrate the sounds of the season.

All school music performances are held in Dutcher Gymnasium. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance time. We hope to see you at of these upcoming student performances.

Just a reminder to anyone wanting to order Scrip gift cards this holiday season, all orders must be received by noon on December 15th in order to be filled before Christmas break. This is such a great way to get gift cards for family and friends, while earning money for the school and for yourself! Check out our order form to see all the great gift cards offered! And you can always sign up with RaiseRight and order online. Contact the office if you have any questions on getting your Scrip order started!

Check out our apparel store with Iowa Sport Supply to help with school approved uniform needs. All orders are placed directly through Iowa Sport Supply and take 3-4 weeks to be ready for pick up.

We are now utilizing a new online bill pay system. EZSchoolPay can be used to pay your lunch balances, Circle of Care fees, preschool fees, etc.

This system is used as a family account, therefore you only need the information for one student per family when registering, and payments need to be made for one family member to be shared with siblings. Multiple lunch and Circle of Care payments are not necessary, as these are family accounts.

November invoices have the website and student number necessary for creating an account.
