GMS Conference Nights
Graham Middle School will offer the following Conference Nights this year:
Thursday, September 26 - GMS P/T Conferences #1 3:00-6:30
Thursday, October 17 - GMS P/T Conferences #2 4:00-7:30
Thursday, January 9 - GMS P/T Conferences #3 3:00-6:30
Thursday, February 13 - GMS P/T Conferences #4 4:00-7:30
Conferences can be scheduled by contacting a teacher or the office.
Immunizations for Grade 7 - Due by 9/11/24
Ohio Law requires that all seventh graders must have received multiple immunizations. Before starting school, students in the 7th grade must have a Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis) and a Meningococcal vaccine. Written proof of receiving these vaccinations must be on file in the school office. Students who do not have evidence of proper immunizations will be excluded from school after 14 days, per Ohio Revised Code.
If your doctor says immunization might be harmful to your student, a waiver must be on file. If you object to immunization for good cause, for example religious convictions, a waiver must be on file.

Fall 2024 DC Trip Final Meeting - 10/8
The final trip meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 8th here at GMS. This meeting will prepare chaperones and students for the upcoming November trip.
Chaperones only meeting at 6:00pm in the Hub
Full Parent & Student meeting at 7:30pm in the Auditeria
Pony Wagon Days Parade Tonight @ 6pm!!!
Grade 8 Farm Science Review and Sponsorship Opportunity
GMS once again received a generous donation from the Ohio Soybean Council / Grow Next Gen that provided tickets for us to the Farm Science Review. This trip connects to multiple coursework areas throughout students time here at GMS. Ticket costs are $10 per person, so the donation is around $1,500 for staff and students to attend.
That being said, GMS is still hoping to gain a sponsor or multiple sponsors for the transportation cost of the trip:
Drivers $25/hr for 5 hours for 3 drivers = $375
Miles/fuel $1.65 for 71 miles round trip for 3 buses = $351.45.
Total = $726.45 for the day to go to Farm Science review.

Meal Account Information
Be sure to put money into student accounts either online or through secure drobox outside the cafeteria.
Teachers are not able to accept money for student accounts. Cafeteria staff is not able to process cash or checks in the lunch line. Account funds must either be added through the student PaySchools Account, or placed into the marked envelopes and into the secure drop box in the cafeteria.
Stay up-to-date on Student Grades with Progress Book
Students all have access to Progress Book via their Clever logins. Parents can access through the same login they would have used last year. Any new families should have received an access key on Friday via email from Mr. Guidera.
Frontline Education has released the Progress Book Parent and Student Mobile App (aka Parent Access app) to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This app is available for your parents/students to download and use now. For those that choose to download, the app takes the place of the mobile web version of Parent Access that parents and students have long used. In addition, Frontline has produced an overview video that can be shared with your users.
