From Mrs Tennenbaum
We had an awesome week with APEX, Right to Read Week, Book Fair, Literacy Night and the 3rd grade performance. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding fundraiser with APEX and with the Book Fair! The students have a great time with both events! A huge shout out to our PTO and all of our parent volunteers!! We could not do these things without you! And to our amazing staff for decorating the building and bringing reading to life! Fairfield is a special place and a wonderful community of students, staff and families!
We don't do Average, we do Awesome!
We are all in this together!

PTO updates
THANK YOU to the volunteers who braved the elements and helped the students keep track of their laps at the Fun Run. It was a little chaotic and muddy but the kids loved it.
Thank you also to the volunteers who have been making the Book Fair a huge success!
Please join us at our next meeting Wednesday, March 25th at 6:30 pm in the Media Center at Fairfield Elementary. Don't worry if you can't join in person, a virtual meeting link will be sent out next week.
Be sure to mark your calendars for the Spring Dance – Friday, April 24th 6-8pm at Grace FTC. More details to come.
Thank you for your continued support,

Dental News from the School Nurse:
The Smiles Program Mobile Dentist is coming to Fairfield Elementary on Tues.,
April 7 and Wed., April 8, 2026!
Dental care remains the greatest unmet health need among U.S. children. Over
50% of children have a cavity, which can cause pain leading to missed school.
Enrollment forms were sent home with your child around March 6, 2026. To take
advantage of this convenient opportunity and have your child see the dentist at
school, please completely fill out and sign the enrollment form and return it to the
school with your child. If you do not receive a form, please contact the school
and ask for one to be sent home with your child.
Please note that this program is OPTIONAL.
You can also go online to enroll your student in this program. See the link below:
