From the Counselor’s Office

• Welcome Back – We are so glad you’re here!
• Challenges – There are many students who’ve been out for 16 months or more. Transitioning back to in-person learning can be challenging, both academically and emotionally. LHMS counselors are here to help! If your student would like to speak with one of us, please call or email us. Students may also ask their teacher if they would like to see us.
• Schedules – Schedules will be available during Meet the Teacher Night. Some courses that have been offered in the past are no longer available, so students’ schedules were adjusted accordingly. Students will have the opportunity to submit a schedule change form during the first two weeks of school. Note: We will do our best to honor all requests; however, class sizes and required courses take precedence.
• Who are we? – Ms. Gaertner works with students whose last names begin with A-K, and Ms. Bailey works with students whose last names begin with L-Z. Ms. Millender is our registrar and secretary. Our office phone number is 254-336-1379. Our emails are listed below.
