Tenino students, families, and community:
We are all excited for the start of another great year in Tenino! Our team has been, and continues to be, very busy preparing for the 2023-24 school year. We have much to celebrate, and I want to share some of those celebrations with you:
- Parkside Elementary School teacher, Holly Johnson, has been named ESD 113’s 2024 Teacher of the Year!! For more information, please click here: Holly Johnson
- Our on-time graduation rate continues to increase at Tenino High School, with preliminary numbers for our 2023 graduating class at 89.7%! This is an increase of over 5% over the last 3 years. We’re proud of our students and grateful for the commitment of our staff that support our students all the way to graduation!
- Our maintenance team has been busy ensuring our buildings are ready for learning—and we have been busy upgrading our cafeteria that is shared with Tenino Middle School and Tenino Elementary School.
Thank you to all who make Tenino School District a great place to work and learn!
All the very best,
Clint Endicott
