Minted Partnership: Save 20% and Support BEST PTO
We’re excited to share that BEST PTO has partnered with Minted cards this season! Families receive 20% off all Minted cards and gifts using our code FUNDRAISEBESTPTO, and Minted will give 10% back to our PTO for every order placed with it.
This discount works for any occasion — holiday cards, birthday invitations, thank‑you notes, announcements, and more — and the offer is ongoing throughout the year, so you can use it whenever you’re ready.
Feel free to share the code with family and friends. It’s a great way to save on beautiful cards while giving back to our school community!
Book Drive-Help Fill Davis and Lane Classrooms
BEST PTO is proud to partner once again with The Residence at Bedford as we launch our second Book Drive for Davis and Lane Schools.
With the CKLA curriculum in place, this drive helps us fill classrooms with rich, engaging books that build background knowledge, strengthen vocabulary, and support deeper comprehension— all essential for our students’ success.
How you can help:
Donate books via our curated Amazon Wish Lists.
Since Amazon Prime Day starts today, you may find many of these titles at lower prices — a great way to make your donation go even further.
Ship or drop off donations to: 240 South Road Bedford, MA 01730
Donations accepted through November 1st.
Thanks to your generosity, we collected more than 100 books last year.
Together, we can continue growing our collection and enriching classrooms at Davis and Lane.

Federal Military Impact Aid Survey
As we do each October, we are asking for parent/guardian cooperation in filling out a survey form to meet the requirements of Public Law 874. Under the provisions of Public Law 874, Bedford Public Schools must conduct an annual Federal Military Impact Aid Survey. The Town of Bedford receives a substantial sum of money under this provision, which lowers the cost of education to the taxpayers.
Please help us identify all federally connected students whose families are Active Duty Military, live on Hanscom AFB, OR work on federal facilities including Hanscom AFB, Bedford VA, Boston VA, Lincoln Public School on HAFB, Lincoln Labs, Mitre, and more!
Our yearly survey is fully electronic with e-signature. Parents/Guardians will receive a unique survey for each enrolled child. It is very important that all surveys are completed and electronically signed for each student, as reimbursement is made for all eligible students on a per-pupil basis. You may request a paper survey copy.
We thank you very much for your assistance with this important annual survey. For all questions regarding this matter, please contact the Business Office at bps-impactaidsurvey@bedfordps.org or 781-275-7708 for assistance.
