Holiday Feast

Our Holiday Feast will be on Thursday, November 9th from 11:06-11:41 @ table #15. This is a special lunch where friends and family are welcome to come and eat with your child. Please note that it is different from our usual lunch time.

What to Know About the HOLIDAY FEAST:

• ALL Guest Lunch Tickets MUST be purchased in advance on MyPaymentsPlus. Look under Events and Activities - School Events - Student Name. Choose the quantity you need for the GUESTS attending with each of your students.
• Cost: $5 per plate for any GUEST planning to eat while in attendance. (You DO NOT need to purchase a GUEST ticket for your student. Students will use their regular lunch accounts.)

• Deadline to purchase guest lunch tickets will be the night before your scheduled feast. (NO Refunds)

• NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

• Holiday Feasts will be served and enjoyed in the GYM! Please report directly to the gym to check-in and meet your student. Make sure to bring your Photo ID for check-in.
• All students MUST eat with their grade levels at their assigned times (not with their Ivy Creek siblings.) No second meals will be served.

We need LOTS of volunteers to make this special event a success! Please consider signing up to help at a time when your student is not feasting. Holiday Feasts Volunteers
