This club will empower women by giving them a safe and supportive group with people their age. The WSW group will meet bi-weekly to discuss personal matters, build self-confidence, better decision-making skills, mental wellness, and engage in community projects to support women. Some of the projects are Period Project (collecting feminine products for the homeless), creating baskets for the girl's bathroom, coat drive, mentoring middle school girls, educating the school about significant women in history, and raising awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault.

YEARBOOK

Students create a yearbook from start to finish. We get involved in school activities (attending plays, sporting events, dances, etc.). We get creative: photography, photoshopping, page layouts, yearbook themes, design ideas, and write-ups. Yearbook Club is also a great addition to a professional portfolio. When a student is able to show that they are an active member of a hard-working team, it helps showcase their overall skills in multitasking, socializing, developing ideas from concept to execution, and everything in between.
