Helpful Reports
As we prepare fo the end of the year invoice here are some helpful reprots:
MO Invoice CSV - All Families with number of Stressors and number of visits.
Service Counts by Family - This will show the number of private contacts next to the number of contacts with a completed record.
Note - This may not equal the total on the invoice, as the invoice counts young parents who attended a group.
Screening Review - select "Only children with a completed screening for each screening type." This report should match screenings on your Invoice.
CSV option will allow you to sort and filter to also see children with a delay and referral.
Section III, high needs - there is a new export at the top of that section that will allow you to see families and the stressors.
For Section 4 of the Invoice, the APR will be similar and includes additional exports for help (for example, the APR has children NOT immunized). Just remember, to run this report all home visitors must be listed as "PAT Affiliate" on their profile.
Goals Compliance and PMR will also help.
