Hello Senior Students and Families!

As we start to reach the end of the year (only 27 days until the Senior's last day of school!), we want to share all of the details you need for our Senior events.

Our Senior Events document has a concise list of the details and can be translated by selecting "tools" in the top toolbar and then "translate document". The details and contact information are also listed below.

• May 27th, 7:00 PM, WMS Auditorium
• Students will be notified prior to the ceremony if they have received an award

• May 29th! Last day of school for Senior students, early dismissal at 12:30 PM
• Caps/gowns and yearbook distribution after dismissal in the tent

• May 29th, 7:00 PM, WMS Auditorium
• Students will receive notification if they are receiving an award or scholarship a week prior

• June 2nd, 3:45 PM
• Tickets ($50) and permission slip required, deadline May 16th

• Cash or check only - checks made out to the City of Watertown - submit to Mr. Madden (room 113)

• Permission slips available in Mr. Madden’s room (113), return to Mr. Madden

• Arrive to Moxley by 3:45 PM, return by 11:00 PM

• Students are required to take the bus to and from Kimball Farm

• June 3rd, 4:00 PM

• Tickets required ($75), deadline May 8th

• Cash or check only - checks made out to the City of Watertown - submit to Mr. Madden (room 113)

• Students arrive to Moxley at 4:00 PM

• Security check (including breathalyzers) required before boarding the bus

• Bus leaving Moxley by 5:00 PM, all students are required to take the bus to and from prom

• Outside guests permitted only with prior approval from Mr. Brewer, deadline for approval is May 26th

• Students must complete the outside guest form with required signatures (see Mr. Brewer for the form)

• June 4th, 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Moxley Parking Lot/Tent
• No tickets required

• June 6th, 10:00 AM, Victory Field (40 Orchard Street, Watertown)
• MANDATORY
• Cap & gown not required

• June 6th, 6:00 PM, Victory Field (40 Orchard Street, Watertown)
• Students arrive by 5:15 PM, Ceremony begins at 6:00 PM
• Tickets are not required
• Rain location: John A. Ryan Skating Arena (1 Paramount Place, Watertown)

• June 6th, 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, WMS Gym
• Tickets ($20) and permission slip required, deadline June 1st
• Cash, check (made out to WHS PTSO), or venmo (WHSPTSO-50)
• Permission slips will be available in the main office, return to main office
• Students are required to stay the entire time unless dismissed in-person by a parent/guardian
