The stars have aligned!!!!! Dr. Sarah Benz from the National Center on Intensive Intervention (NCII) will be at ESC Region 10 to present "Data Based Individualization and the Taxonomy of Intervention Intensity". This workshop is a three hour session that will be held twice on January 31, 2020. Participants may participate either FACE to FACE or via ZOOM. If you haven't heard yet, Data Based Individualization (DBI) is the Texas Education Agency's BEST PRACTICE for Intensive Intervention (Tier 3). Dr. Benz is the project lead behind the DBI Pilot Program that the Texas Education Agency has been implementing at two campuses this school year.
In the beginning of this Pilot Program, there were three ESC Regions selected to train in Data Based Individualization and I was fortunate to be selected to represent ESC Region 10 along with ESC Region 15 and ESC Region 19.
I am a true believer in DBI and ALL things NCII. Everything I know, I learned from Dr. Benz. I hope that you will join me on January 31, 2020 to train alongside this phenomenal leader in Intensive Intervention.
