TOMORROW!!! Back-to-School Picnic
5:00 - 7:00 PM
It's time for our annual Mountain Avenue Elementary School Back-to-School Picnic on Friday, September 5 from 5 - 7 PM. This year, Altadena's Prime Pizza will be providing pizzas and salads available for pre-order ONLY. Kona Ice will also be joining us for the event and will be available for purchase at the picnic. Both businesses have graciously agreed to donate a portion of sales back to the Class of 2026! Lastly, Ms. Haydt will be attending the picnic so we can all wish her farewell and send her off with lots of love. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you there!

Respectful Response Process
Last spring, Mountain Avenue PTA formed an anti-bullying initiative. Please be on the lookout for information about education and prevention via social media, newsletters, and assemblies planned for this academic year. Check your child’s Thursday folder for the Respectful Response Process glued into the announcements side of the folder. This quick guide on how to interact with your child and the school will hopefully help students and families feel more connected with our teachers, staff, and administrators at Mountain Avenue.
