Main Office Update
Reminder for Pick Up
Please remember to always have ID when coming into school as you may be required to provide it when picking up your child and entering the building.
Visitor Sign In Procedure
Our District utilizes the Raptor System for visitors coming into the building. With this procedure, you will need to provide ID (driver's license, passport card, or Nexus ID card) that will be scanned into the system for security purposes.
Attendance Reminder
If your child will be out sick, please be sure to contact the Attendance Office via WITS Mail, by calling 716-626-9866 or by marking your student absent in WITS via the Daily Attendance dropdown menu option.
Dismissal Reminder
If you are picking up your child, please use the carpool lane. Place your child’s name card coming home in September on card stock, in the front window of your vehicle. If multiple individuals pick up your child, families are responsible for making their own copies of the name card. Please make sure to have your ID ready! We will be asking each car to provide ID upon arrival to the pick up lane. We thank you in advance for your help with keeping our students safe!
If your child is a walker, you must send a written note indicating that they are a walker in order for them to be released promptly at 2:55 p.m. All "confirmed" walkers will be automatically released by 2:55 p.m. each day. If a note is not provided, parents/guardians who are walking will need to wait until carpool dismissal is complete so that school staff can verify identification. Sending a note with your child is how you can avoid this delay.
If there is any change to your child’s regular dismissal routine, please call the MAIN OFFICE by 2:15pm at (716) 626-9860 as teachers may not get the message in time for dismissal.
Parking Lot Reminders
Do not start to line up for pick up prior to 2:30. If you arrive earlier, please park in a parking space until 2:30. The fire lane space directly in front of the Visitors Entrance is for quick health office pick ups and emergency vehicles only. Please do not park and wait in the fire lane. Cars can move up for pick up at 2:50.
Just a reminder that cars are NOT allowed in the Bus Loop.Cars are also NOT allowed in the Handicapped section of the parking lot unless you have the proper parking tag displayed in clear view.
Health Office Information
Transportation Bus App
The District will be using the My Ride K-12 Bus App for the 2026-27 school year. Bus routing information will be available around August 21st. As a District, we know the importance of timely pick-up and drop-off in the mornings and afternoons. If your child rides a bus, please ensure they know where their pick-up and drop-off location is and review Board Policy #5710 – Transportation Program. If you have any questions regarding bus transportation for the 2025-2026 school year, please contact the Transportation Department by calling 716-626-8397. If you have any questions regarding school arrival and dismissal procedures (bus, walkers, parent/guardian care drop-off), please contact your building administrators.
