Welcome to Flipgrid!

Follow these steps to log into your class grid.

#1: Go to flipgrid.com & type in the code:

#2: Click "Log in with Google."

#3: Type in your school email address, then it'll take you to your myBethel login.

#4: Welcome to Flipgrid! Your assignment will look kind of like the picture below:

Notice there is:

-A model video by your teacher

-Prompts or guiding questions

p.s. If you click on little blue book icon underneath the prompt, it will read the assignment out loud to you.

#5: To record your video, click on the green plus sign.

#6: Check out Flipgrid's recording tools:

You can...

change the filter (magic ball symbol)
add words to your video screen ("A")
add emojis to your video screen (smily face)
make paint marks on your screen (paintbrush)
make your screen into whiteboard or a black board (board symbol)
upload a picture and add it to your screen (like a book cover)

#7: What if I don't want to show my face? Here are options:

To blur your face, choose the teal robot guy in filters.

(*filters are under the magic ball)

To erase your face, turn your screen into a white or blackboard

(*spice it up with emojis and/or text so it's not just blank)

Or... make it elegant and wear your finest hat!

#8: Hit the red video button to record. Then review your video.

*If you like it, click "Next." If you don't, click "Redo."

#9: Flipgrid will ask you to take a selfie then add your name/assignment title.

*Click "Submit Video" to upload your work.
