CBSD utilizes the online platform MySchoolBucks for school meal payments, making it easy to oversee a child's meal choices and maintain their account balance. It is important that an account is created for every student, regardless of whether they take part in school meals or not. You can access MySchoolBucks to view and/or set up an account for your student(s) here. To set up an account, you will need your child(ren)'s student identification number(s), which can be found in the Parent Portal.

See the Good, Be the Good Lockscreen Contest
During the 2025–26 school year, CBSD invites students to create original lock screen designs that celebrate the good in our schools, our people, and our community. Each month, one winning design will be featured on the lock screens of district laptops and ClearTouch panels, visible to students, faculty, and staff across the district. The winning student artist will also receive a prize and be invited to a school board meeting to be recognized! Entries are being accepted for the October contest until Sept. 30. Help Shape the Future of CB Students
Get Involved with the CB Education Foundation. As the Central Bucks Education Foundation (CBEF) continues to grow and fund a wider range of enrichment opportunities, the foundation seeks dedicated volunteers to help us make an even greater impact. There are two ways to get involved: 1) Join our Board of Directors – A unique opportunity for community and business leaders to help guide the Foundation’s vision, programs, and partnerships; and 2) Volunteer on a Committee – Share your time and talents in areas such as publicity, community relations, instructional support, or events. If you are interested in serving, please apply for a Board Member position or apply for a volunteer position. Learn more about CBEF on the foundation's website.

Kindness Counts Club - First Intermediate Meeting:
The inaugural meeting of the Intermediate Kindness Counts Club was a success, with 37 students in attendance and TWO special guests: Army veteran, Travis Manion Foundation Youth Mentor and former Gayman student Becca Tutela *and* Mrs. Thompson, who came to read "Brave Irene." The students discussed courage, what it means to be brave, what brave things they've already done, and how they can be brave in the future. Big thanks to the students for being enthusiastic and respectful listeners, to our parent volunteers for their essential help, to Mrs. Thompson for taking time out of her busy afternoon to read aloud, and to Becca, for returning to Gayman to share her story and lessons about being brave. The next Intermediate KCC meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 14th. Members, watch your email for the SUG!

Early Dismissal for Appointments:
Student dismissal begins promptly at 3:15PM.
If you need to pick your child up early for an appointment, please pick them up no later then 2:45PM. After 2:45PM, your child can be dismissed with the other walkers, bus riders, and car riders in his/her classroom to ensure a safe and efficient dismissal for everyone. Thank you!
Volunteering Information:
To volunteer at a class party or chaperone a field trip, your clearances must be up-to-date & on file with Central Bucks School District.
If your clearances are current, upload them into the RAPTOR - Volunteer Tracker. If your clearances have expired, or you need to begin the clearance process, click on the Required Documents for the directions. For more information, consult the Human Resources Volunteer Required Paperwork webpage.
**We no longer have access to App Garden. All clearances approved through that system are null and void. The only way we can track clearances now is through RAPTOR.**
Cell Phones, Smart Watches, & Personal Devices:
At Gayman, the use of student cell phones/SMART Watches/personal devices in school is prohibited. As a reminder, these devices are to be silenced and remain in backpacks during the school day. If communication is needed, it will take place with the support of the school office during the school day.
Please be sure to share these expectations with your child as this policy will be enforced by teachers/staff in coordination with District Board policies and our student handbook.
