Students in Mrs. Morse's Advanced Culinary Arts class applied for their roles and created this restaurant from the ground up. The Front of the House Staff-- Manager Aaliyah, Host Lucas, Waitstaff Landin and Xzavier--- decorated the dining room, set the tables, and served the customers. The Back of the House Staff-- Head Chef Logan and Assistant Chefs Cade, Mason, Keagan, and Tanner- chose the menu and prepared the food.
The class served over 60 guests for lunch and dinner. The menu consisted of: Big 10 Plate, Biscuits/Gravy, Egg Bake, and Chicken/Waffles. Desserts included Crepes and Cinnamon Rolls.
