Focus Custom Notifications for Real-Time Updates
At LHS, we are committed to keeping you informed about your student's academic progress. As you know, we send out official grade reports every other week. However, if you would like more specific, real-time data and alerts regarding your child's performance, we encourage you to utilize the Custom Parent Notification Preferences within the Focus Parent Portal.
Want to stay in the loop with your student’s progress? Our Focus Parent Portal gives you the power to receive alerts about your child's grades, attendance, and more. You can customize your preferences to be notified when a grade drops, an absence is recorded, or if there's a new discipline or billing update (fines).
To set up these custom notifications, please follow the directions below:
Browser Directions (cannot be done through mobile app; must do on the web):
Log into Focus Parent Portal
Select Preferences
Select the Notifications tab
Change the Frequency dropdown to Custom
Adjust the Notification Thresholds
Press Save
