Who Can Be Photographed on Retake Day:

• Students & staff that did not have their photo taken on the original picture day (absent or new)
• Students who purchased a package and are not satisfied with their photo

RETAKE PASS

To help the day run smoothly, we ask that parents fill out our Student Retake Pass at www.VernonPhoto.com/Retakes. Students should bring the completed pass with them on retake day—even if they are new.

This helps us:

• Know who to expect and how many
• Avoid missing anyone
• Confirm that a retake is requested intentionally
• Minimize unnecessary disruptions during class time

VERNON PHOTO RETAKE POLICY

We’ll retake and replace the package at no charge if:

• The student has a poor expression/blinking
• There is a technical issue we should have caught

Retakes require a fee if:

• If you purchased a package and something will be different about the new package that was not under our control (example: change of clothing, haircut, glasses on or off, braces off)
• If you did not purchase a package, don't want to purchase a package but want a different photo in the yearbook

IMPORTANT: Approximately 1-2 weeks following retakes, parents will receive an email link and a paper proof of the retake photo. Orders can be placed from the online gallery.

• If you paid the $4 fee and decide to purchase the retake photo, please Contact Vernon Photography at Support@VernonPhoto.com and we will send you a $4 coupon to apply to your order. Do not purchase the original photo just to return it.
• We’re happy to accommodate special circumstances or exceptions—just let us know if there’s something we should be aware of for any specific student.
