This is replacing the google doc that was used last year, and we hope that this format is more engaging for staff!

Please remember that we will have all Options students start in the gym Friday morning, and teachers will lead students to their 1st period class once we dismiss them from the gym. At the end of the day, please bring your class to the gym by 3:45pm so that Val can review SOAR Expectations with students.

Please review this document for the protocol for staff absences for this year. If you have questions, please talk with the front office staff.

• Schedules were made available to students this morning.
• All students enrolled at Options are in Synergy. If you have a student in your class that is NOT in Synergy, please let Brad or Val know ASAP by sending a message in Microsoft Teams.
• Record attendance in Synergy today for each class that you teach. Later in the day you may receive an email notification for any classes for which you forgot to record attendance.

How the New Process Works:

• Cart assignments are in this document. If you would like to use a laptop cart for a class you teach and it is not on that document, please reach out to Brad.
• Student passwords can be accessed in this document (please do not share with anyone else!). The alpha tab shows passwords with students sorted by last name, and the grade tab shows passwords with students sorted by grade then last name.
