Pearson and PCG Ticket Updates
ACTIVE TICKETS REMAIN
- Pearson aimswebPlus continues to work with their development to address rostering issues. Because coding is involved the process continues to be adjusted nightly until it holds.
- PCG TNPulse has multiple tickets on the MTSS side of the platform though some progress has been made with being able to see aimswebPlus data for a large number of students while rostering teachers remains an issue. PCG and MSCS IT continue to work to resolve the issues with rostering.
- Data quality alerts remain on the RTI2A Dashboard in PowerBi.
What should I do if I don't see who I am looking for in TNPulse and/or aimswebPlus?
Our priority one is to document our intervention and instruction efforts on paper when and if we are not able to maintain records digitally. While this is tedious and difficult to monitor data as a whole, we must continue to track our efforts so that the records are available when we meet to discuss how students are responding to instruction.
Grade Level and Instructional Level Progress Monitoring
After multiple emails, phone calls, and a video call this question has now been resolved. 😊
- When grade level and instructional level progress monitoring has the same measure, you will create two schedules where one is on grade level and monitored monthly while the other is on the instructional level and monitored according to tier and cadence of the measure. Example, ORF grade level is set to monthly. Open a new Survey Level Assessment at the instructional level and set a schedule to weekly if Tier 3.
If the instructional level of the student is not at the grade level, then it is important for the team to understand the student’s performance at the grade level to ensure the intervention is meeting both the instructional needs of the student while also working to support the student with grade level application.
