September Newsletter

Welcome to September at Central Elementary! We are off to a wonderful start, and I am excited about the opportunities ahead for our students. This month, we are beginning our Math Intervention and SPIRE Reading Intervention programs to provide additional support and help every student continue to grow and succeed academically.

We are also excited to kick off our fall athletic season with "A" and "B" Flag Football and Volleyball teams hard at work in preparation for upcoming games ! We look forward to cheering on our Wolves and celebrating the teamwork, dedication, and school spirit our students demonstrate both on and off the field.

As we move through the school year, please remember that every day and every minute of learning matters. Regular attendance is essential for student success and this includes limiting early check-outs whenever possible. Missing even part of the school day can mean missing important instruction and learning opportunities.

Thank you for your continued support of our students and Central Elementary. Let’s make September a great month to Learn, Grow, and Lead!

Go Wolves!

A big shout-out to 7th graders Manuel and Jeremiah! Recently, they have been stepping up to help our Head Custodian, Mr. Avila, in the cafeteria after lunch. Their willingness to help, positive attitude, and growing maturity have made a difference on our campus. Manuel and Jeremiah are showing what it means to be true leaders—thank you for setting a great example! 🐺👏
