Message from our Principal

Dear Bolt Families,

It is hard to believe that we have officially wrapped up Quarter 1 and are now moving right into Quarter 2! Time is flying by, and we are proud of the hard work our students have shown so far this school year.

As we head into this long stretch of school days leading up to the upcoming holiday season, keeping momentum is key. Please help us by encouraging your child to stay focused on their daily schoolwork and stay on top of their grades. We also want to remind every student that they are never alone. If they are feeling overwhelmed or going through a tough time, please encourage them to reach out to a trusted adult here in the building, whether that is a teacher, counselor, administrator, or staff member. We are all here to support them.

Additionally, we recently revisited our behavior expectations with our middle school students to ensure our classrooms remain positive, respectful, and productive places to learn. As the weather turns colder, we hope to see all of our students continue to make their academic work a top priority while getting involved in our upcoming winter sports and extracurricular activities.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support in making Littlestown a great place to learn!

Dr. Nathan Becker

Principal

🍝 Pasta La Vista, Hunger! 👋

Get ready to say “Pasta La Vista, baby!” to hunger! The Marketing II students are hosting the Pasta La Vista Food Drive from November 2–20, and we need YOUR help to make it a success! Our mission is to collect a mountain of noodles to stock the Care Closet and help make sure no student in our school district goes hungry. 💛

But wait… there’s more! Each week brings a new school-wide competition, awesome prizes, and plenty of chances to show off your generosity!

🍪 Week 1: Noodle Power! (Friday, November 6)
Think you can bring the most noodles? The student who donates the most noodles by Friday will score a Crumbl Cookies gift card! Time to bring your A-game (and your pasta)!

🍩 Week 2: Homeroom Showdown!
It’s time for homerooms to unite! The homeroom with the highest total noodle donations will win a donut party for the whole class. Teamwork makes the dream work… especially when donuts are involved!

🏆 Final Week: Grade-Level Pasta Battle!
Which grade will rise to the top? The grade that donates the most noodles overall will take home the ultimate bragging-rights trophy! Let the pasta battle begin!

Every box counts, every donation matters, and together we can make a BIG difference. So grab those noodles, rally your classmates, and get ready to make this food drive sauce-some! 🍝

Pasta La Vista, hunger… and hello to helping others! ❤️

Health Office and School Reminders

All over-the-counter (OTC) medications not provided by the school district require a physician’s order. District-provided medications are listed on the emergency contact forms and include Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Pepto-Bismol, Tums, antibiotic ointment, cough drops, throat lozenges, and hydrocortisone cream.
