What's Happening in Our School!
PES Family,
Welcome to a brand-new school year at Pioneer Elementary! I hope your summer was filled with rest, fun, and wonderful family memories. As your principal, I am thrilled to welcome both returning and new families to our school community. Our entire team is filled with energy and excitement to work with your children and guide them through another fantastic year of growth and learning.

Important Start-of-Year Reminders:
To help ensure a smooth and safe transition back into the school routine, please take note of the following items:
Teacher & Schedule Information: Be sure to check your child’s teacher information to review daily schedules, classroom procedures, and other essential details for the year.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Tags: Please make sure you have your car tags ready for student drop-off and pick-up. Having these clearly displayed keeps our car line moving safely and efficiently.
Stay Connected with ROOMS: If you haven't already, please sign up for ROOMS! This is our primary communication tool to keep you informed of everything happening at Pioneer Elementary throughout the year.
Our Focus for the Year:
This year, our staff is deeply committed to continuous academic improvement. We will be placing a strong focus on:
- Differentiated Instruction: Meeting every student where they are to support their unique learning needs.
- Targeted Interventions: Providing structured support in math and reading to build strong foundational skills.
- Writing Instruction: Elevating our writing curriculum across all grade levels to foster confident, clear communicators.
