C.B. Lamb Elementary – This Week's Highlights | October 8, 2026
Dear C.B. Lamb Elementary School Families,
On Tuesday, October 6th, our students had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a Fire Prevention Assembly and learn some very important lessons about fire safety and prevention.
Our students learned practical ways to help keep themselves, their families, and our school community safe. They also enjoyed an exciting fire sprinkler demonstration, which helped bring their learning to life and showed them how important fire protection systems can be in an emergency.
Most importantly, our students had the opportunity to learn about the incredible work of the North Hanover Fire Department and the important role our local firefighters play in keeping our community safe. To our students, these brave men and women truly are our local superheroes! ❤️🚒
We are so grateful to the members of the North Hanover Fire Department for taking time out of their busy schedules to educate, inspire, and connect with our students. Their dedication, courage, and commitment to protecting our community are deeply appreciated.
A very special thank you to our local firefighters for being such wonderful role models and for reminding our students that heroes don't always wear capes — sometimes, they wear turnout gear and answer the call when their community needs them most. 🚒❤️
We are incredibly proud of our students for being such thoughtful, engaged learners and for taking these important fire safety lessons to heart!
