Dear Families,

March is here and we only have 10 weeks of school left!!! Can you believe it? We are super busy trying to make sure your child is ready for Kindergarten. We are working hard on identifying the letters of the alphabet and hearing the beginning sounds of a word. We have an extra literacy time at the end of the day that is literacy centers. We need help from home by flashing letter cards to your child every night. Please let us know if you need a set of cards. We will be having our graduation May 13th. March is National Nutrition Month and I will be sharing some resources for you to look at below for healthy recipes and other things. Thank you for everything you do to help your child succeed. We could not do this without you.

March 3rd-6th- Read Across America

March 5th- Literacy Virtual Night- The video will be recorded and you can watch with your child. We will send items home to do with them.

March 5th-12th-Book Fair

March 11th- Welcome Wednesday- Parents welcome to came their child to bookfair throughout the day.

March 13th- Virtual Day for students- Professional Development for teachers.

March 17th- Make a Leprechaun trap

March 27th- Easter Egg Hunt

March 28th-April 6th- Spring Break

April 10th- Cap and Gown Pictures

May 7th- Monroe Zoo Field Trip

May 13th- Graduation

The book fair will be March 11th-14th. If you would like you can add money to your child's ewallet for them to go pick out a book. Its super easy to use. The teacher will take them down to go shop or you can come take your child to shop the bookfair.
