An Overview of Mental Health

This training provides an overview of common mental health diagnoses that are prevalent in the school setting. Participants will explore strategies to support students in the classroom who are experiencing the symptoms of these conditions.

Maintaining Wellness

This training provides education about burnout, vicarious trauma, and secondary traumatic stress and the effects on educators. We then review protective and preventative factors for such. Finally, we review how to maintain wellness (across our eight wellness domains) through various strategies and intentional planning.
