For the last few years, the IVEF has been proud to welcome student representatives from Souderton Area High School to serve on our Board. These students have been an integral part of our organization and have provided us with ideas for what they think is most needed in their school. We are so grateful for the service of these young leaders!

Hi! My name is Clare Bagley and I’m a 12th grade student at Souderton Area High School. I am involved in many school activities such as Symphonic Band, Student Council, Unified Leadership Council, Winter and Spring Track, and many more. I was interested in joining IVEF at the beginning of this school year because I had some idea of the positive changes they were making in the building I’m in everyday and the other buildings in the district and I wanted to be a part of it. I also love to learn so by being on the IVEF board I feel I am gaining lots of useful skills in areas like leadership, teamwork, and collaboration.

I’m Josh Antill and I’m a senior at SAHS. I play for the tennis team, I’m an officer for SAVE, and I’m a big Star Wars fan. I was interested in joining the IVEF because I recognized the great things they have done for the district and I wanted to do my part.

My name is Aidan Kearns. I am a junior at Souderton Area High School. I am part of the cross country and track teams at Souderton and involved in the National Honor Society and the Link Crew. I was interested in joining IVEF as a student representative because several of their programs have helped me in the past, and I hope my input can help other students benefit from the foundation.

Hello, my name is Molly Kreag and I am a junior at SAHS. I am involved in both the women’s waterpolo and swim team, as well as Link Crew, ICC, Athletic Leadership Council, NHS, SADD, Concert Choir, and am excited to be co-chairing this years SouderTHON fundraiser! I am honored to be apart of IVEF’s Student Board members in the hopes to help make a difference within my community through the various fundraising events that IVEF works diligently to put on to better the educational community. I am truly looking forward to working with such a wonderful team of inspirational individuals.

Friday March 24, 2023 7:00 p.m. @ Souderton Area High School

The Wizards vs. Teachers game is more than a fundraising event. Its a friend raising event!
Basketball aficionados are treated to great skills, teamwork, slick dribbling, alley-oops and crazy slams. The night is funny, theatrical, exciting and spectacular and the gym will reverberate with oohs & aahs, laughter, enthusiasm, and much much more!

Online Ticket sales to be announced in SOON! Keep an eye out and don't wait, this event WILL sell out!

IVEF, in partnership with SAHS, is pleased to provide an 7-week comprehensive SAT Prep Class for students in their junior year at SAHS. This class will be taught by SAHS highly qualified teachers and will be conveniently held at the high school. The purpose of this program is to provide students who are seeking to pursue post-secondary education an affordable resource to prepare for the SATs.

The goal is to provide as many students as possible the chance to achieve their full potential. The IVEF is committed to being able to provide scholarships for students in need to take this class, giving them access to this opportunity.

SAVE THE DATES: Classes will begin Monday March 20, 2023 and run though Wednesday May 3, 2023. Details to come!

Each year, the IVEF runs a Holiday Giving Campaign throughout the month of December, during which families have the opportunity to make a donation in honor of a special teacher in Souderton Area School District.

Thanks to your generosity and love for the amazing educators we have in SASD, we exceeded our goal and were able to raise over $8,000 in support of our Innovation Grant Program! The IVEF's financial calendar runs from July 1 through June 30, so the information below reflects our mid-year point. One of the ways in which the IVEF is able to provide support to our classrooms is, of course, through financial support of innovative educational initiatives.

Thanks to the ongoing support of individual and corporate donors, those dollars are making an impact each and every day. We are committed to being good stewards of the monetary support entrusted to us by keeping expenses to a minimum while delivering impactful resources to classrooms district wide. IVEF is pleased to present our our new online community, SASD Nation Alumni & Friends!

Through this network, all SASD alumni, supporters, and community members are able to stay connected and receive regular updates and news articles, along with a wide variety of information on special events, mentoring, and volunteer opportunities.

A private online directory allows you to easily find and connect with other alumni and community members, no matter where they’re located.

Graduates of SASD schools, former school district students, supporters, and local residents may sign up for this network and receive regular news and updates. We invite you to check out the SASD Nation network and all that this new online community has to offer. We look forward to connecting with you!

IVEF is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the Souderton Area School District (SASD) to support educational programs for both the students and staff. IVEF works to set funding priorities and manage donations, directing philanthropic contributions toward the needs of the 6,500 students in our 9 schools.

Our work is critical for the children of this community and supports the future with an educated workforce. Smart investments in public schools offer the opportunity to introduce cutting-edge educational models that enhance SASD’s current programs and advance learning outcomes for all students.

IVEF provides funds for educational programs and activities which are not funded by the school district's normal operating budget. IVEF funds are used to support student achievement and skill development, recognize and encourage staff innovation, and expand community involvement from individuals, businesses, and civic organizations.
