Our first conference window has closed, and so many of our families have expressed their gratitude to me regarding your conference sessions. They appreciate the time and effort you have given to communicate their student's strengths and next steps. You have delivered the message that by partnering together, we can make a difference for every student. I appreciate all you do to meet our students' needs. Your ability to get to know students, teach to high levels, hold students accountable, and celebrate successes makes this a school that our families LOVE!

Thank you for all you have done already this school year!

Student Council Steals the Show!

Thank you to Andria and Kelsey for working with our student council this week to prepare speeches for our PTO. All students introduced themselves to the PTO, and the 5th graders presented about the election process, various projects that have taken place, and projects yet to come. They definitely stole the show at the PTO meeting!

Gratitude at Lincoln

What a special day it was for Ms. Shay as she received the gift of gratitude from Mrs. Peek's class. A few tears were shed as Ms. Shay realized how appreciated she was at Lincoln School. We love you Ms. Shay!

Lunch Seating

We have many students that are switching seats. The lunch teachers have requested that the seating charts be printed each month so they can monitor where students should be. Please update the lunch seating chart by Monday, and I will print them out for the lunch monitors. You are welcome to change seats whenever you feel it necessary, just be sure to print a new sheet for the lunch teachers. They appreciate your help!

Passes

Please don't forget that students coming to the office or the media center need to have a pass indicating what they need and why they are there. Passes also help us to identify students that should be in the hallway and those that should not.
