Last weekend, the JV Football team ended its successful 8-1 season by serving its community. Coach Jack Glass, who spent 48 seasons as a football coach for Hudsonville, recently lost his wife in her battle with cancer. As a way to give back to him, the team did a fall cleanup of his property. In Jack’s words, “What normally takes me three weeks, you took care of it in an hour, and I can’t thank you enough!” #fireupgoeagles 🍁🏈 Last weekend, the JV Football team ended its successful 8-1 season by serving its community. WOOD TV8 selected Hudsonville High School senior Luke Martin as their student of the week. Not only does Luke have the highest grade point in the district, but he wants people to remember him for how he treats others in and outside the classroom. He says he cares more about leaving little impacts over a long period of time than having a large impact just a couple of times. #fireupgoeagles 🦅 WOOD TV8 selected Hudsonville High School senior Luke Martin as their student of the week. Last weekend, we had six Baldwin Street Middle school students participate in District 10 Middle School Solo and Ensemble at Grandville Calvin Christian Middle School. This event is an extra opportunity students have to independently prepare music to play in front of an adjudicator. All six of our BMS 7th and 8th grade students received a Division 1 rating, which is the best they can get! #fireupgoeagles Last weekend, we had six Baldwin Street Middle school students participate in District 10 Middle School Solo and Ensemble at Grandville Calvin Christian Middle School. With some very special helpers by their side, our second grade students from Park Elementary participated in an inspired service project this week when they made a ready to bake apple pie and a beautiful Thanksgiving card to give to a family member, friend, neighbor, coach, etc. We cannot wait for homes to be filled with the loving smell of these pies tomorrow. #fireupgoeagles With some very special helpers by their side, our second grade students from Park Elementary participated in an inspired service project this week when they made a ready to bake apple pie and a beautiful Thanksgiving card to give to a family member, friend, neighbor, coach, etc. We cannot wait for homes to be filled with the loving smell of these pies tomorrow. #fireupgoeagles

These Baldwin Street Middle School students are prepared to make sure everyone is "Staying alive, staying alive" in the event of an emergency, thanks to Ms. Kooienga's CPR lesson. Our eagles were surveying the scene, having someone call 911, sending someone to get the AED, and, if needed, providing compressions. 🫀🕺#fireupgoeagles Baldwin Street Middle School These Baldwin Street Middle School students are prepared to make sure everyone is "Staying alive, staying alive" in the event of an emergency, thanks to Ms. Kooienga's CPR lesson.
