Payment is not due until October 16th, but we really need to get the paperwork in Monday so that we have a correct number of attendees and can draw names for chaperones.

Do you need copies or forms? Please click HERE. Do you need more time for the prescriptions med form and dr. signatures? That is fine as Nurse does not need that until October 22. Please send in the permission form, general health form, and the how is my child getting home form. Just those three are what we need now.

Please click this link Sky Ranch Online Waiver and fill it out for your child right now if possible. Every child or adult going to Sky Ranch must have this on file with Sky Ranch. It is super quick and required by Sky Ranch. Mrs. Baril does not have control over this form and it is extremely time consuming to follow up repeatedly with Sky Ranch to see which students do not have one filled out yet. This is also where you will put any food allergies or dietary requests.

Whether you have or have not had your child turn in permission forms yet, please complete this as soon as possible.

If you signed up to be a chaperone, we will be drawing names next week. Mrs. Baril will contact all people who signed up to let them know either way. If your name was chosen you will be told when there will be a chaperone meeting.

The Background check form must also be completed AND cleared. If yours is not cleared you will not be in the drawing Please note that background checks must be done each year if you are volunteering at school.

Please remember to sign up for lunch using the google form. Also, we do not allow other students to join in another family's lunch.

You MUST sign up BEFORE coming to school to have lunch. There are 10 sign ups available in each grade each day. Bringing your family counts as 1 sign up. Please do not sign up each person individually.

Make sure to bring your driver's license or ID for check in!
