Attendees PTO BOD, BKS Principal Marissa Rodriguez, estimated 30 BKS parents
Call to Order @ 8:35am
Principal Marisa Rodriguez provided an overview of the programs funded by the PTO at BKS Elementary
The PTO BOD Treasurer, Sarah Zimolka, provided an update on PTO BOD finances, including cashflow and anticipated annual expenditures.
The BOD Co-Chair, Kasey Boston, and nominee for Co-Chair, Meag Shaffer, presented an overview of Q4 events, fundraising initiatives and volunteer opportunities
Citywide PTO representative Jessica Baumgart provided an update on topics discussed at the year’s first Citywide PTO meeting
The group voted to approve Christina Christina Spyridopoulos Ziotis being named BKS PTO BOD co-Treasurer
Past treasurers Kristin Campbell and Renuka Bhatnagar to be removed from BKS PTO bank accounts
The group voted to approve Meag Shaffer being named Co-Chair of the BKS PTO BOD
The group voted to approve Megan McEneaney being named Secretary of the BKS PTO BOD
