Dear Elementary Parents and Families,
Now that the weather is getting nicer, we have a number of parents who stay after school a bit and let their children play on the playground. That is fine until our Cardinal Club students go outside to play, which is around 3:45 or so.
Although our playground looks like a public playground I want to remind families that at certain times of the day it’s not open to the public. When school is in session or when Cardinal Club students are on the playground, it is not open to others.
Our Cardinal Club students don’t go outside every day but when they do, others will be asked to leave. Cardinal Club closes at 6pm on weekdays and the playground is generally vacant a while before that.
Also, if you choose to use our playground outside of school and Cardinal Club hours, please discard your trash.
Thank you for your help with both of these matters.
Sincerely,
Karen Roys
