A Short Message from Mrs. Stroud:
We have some exciting events happening in the next few weeks for our elementary students and families. Be sure to check out the upcoming events listed below!
This time of year also brings a variety of illnesses. Here are a few reminders for cold and flu season:
- Students must be fever, vomit, and/or diarrhea free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning to school.
- It is helpful to call the office (before 9 a.m.) and send a Remind to the teacher if your child will be out.
- If you have a doctor's note, it can be sent to school with your child when he/she return.
- Cold and flu medication is not kept at school. If there is medication your child needs to take during the day, it needs to be dropped off to Nurse Quincy.
- Remember to send coats to school. The weather is unpredictable this time of year!
I hope that this month is filled with joy and happy memories for you and your families. Safe travels to those of you who will be going near and far.
