Scott's Branch Middle High School
"Eagle Nation" 2025-26
Welcome to the "Nest"! 🦅
From the Principal's Desk
It’s been a great week at the Branch! As we head into district intersession, we hope students and staff enjoy a well‑deserved break. Spend time resting and connecting with loved ones. Parents, review materials are available in Google Classroom to help students get ready for the March 10 and 11 benchmark assessments. Encouraging your student to look over these materials will support their success.
Parents, we would love your feedback on HMH. Please complete the 2025-2026 Small Schools HMH Parent Survey. Link to the survey: http://survey.5essentials.org/hmh/survey/parent/

🌟 Teaching & Learning Highlights🌟
🌟High School - Sociology🌟
Students in Mrs. Garth's Sociology class were engaged in a collaborative learning project in which they studied the Briggs vs. Elliott case. Students created anchor charts and presented their learning to their peers.
Francis Marion SOBE Day
On Wednesday, February 25, our high school juniors and seniors took part in the inaugural SOBE (School of Business/School of Education) Day at Francis Marion University.
Throughout the event, students interested in business collaborated with FMU faculty on real-world projects and scenarios, while our aspiring educator students engaged in hands-on mini-lessons and explored innovative teaching strategies.
We would like to thank Francis Marion for their hospitality and this amazing event! We are looking forward to experiencing it again in the future for our next upcoming Eagle educators and business students.
