• No school / no marching rehearsal

2. Marching Rehearsal, Tues-Thursday, 7-8:30a

3. Sectionals/Masterclasses during class this week (NO PRIVATE LESSONS ON SECTIONAL DAYS)

• SYMPHONIC & WIND ENSEMBLE - Tuesdays Woodwinds / Wednesdays Brass
• Concert - Wednesday

4. Percussion load equipment, Thursday during 1st period

5. Football Game #3, AWAY @ Mansfield HS, 7p @ Vernon Newsom Stadium (Mansfield)

• Planoettes: Hand Clap
• Uniform Rack Locations: Woodwinds in Practice Rm Hallway & Uniform Rm; Guard in Ens. Room; Brass & Perc. in Band Hall
• REQUIRED ATTIRE: Dri-fit shirt, grey band shorts, LONG GREY socks, marching shoes
• Students out of uniform will not march
• 4:30p: Load equipment
• 5:00p: Dinner on porch
• 5:20p: Change into uniform (no jacket) - NO JEWELRY / HAIR UP!!!!
• Carry shako box & garment bag (with jacket hung inside) to bus
• 5:35p: Uniform Inspection outside by buses
• 5:40p: Load Bus
• 6:45p: Arrive at Mansfield Newsom Stadium
• 6:50p: Exit bus in FULL uniform with all zippers zipped up (take shako in box with you) / unload
• Neatly stack cases
• 7:00p: Go to designated warm-up spot
• 7:00p: Kickoff
• NOTE: There is no Grandioso march-around or Star Spangled Banner this week
• AFTER GAME (do this in this order!)

2. Check-in uniform on your designated Uniform Rack
3. Get instrument from truck / store in locker or take home

• $212.50 partial payment, or $425 payment in full

2. Band Spring Trip Deposit $90 - DUE upon registration

• Show attached flyer in restaurant or order online with code 6WV9FHB

4. Homecoming Parade & Pep-Rally, Sept 16, 6-8pm

• Call-time, 5:30p @ Clark HS
• Parade begins 6:00p / march to Clark Stadium for Pep-Rally
• Attire: SHOW shirt, khaki shorts, athletic shoes
• Transportation on your own!
• Repertoire: If My Friends Could See Me Now

5. Football Game #4 - Homecoming - HOME vs Pearce HS, Friday, Sept 18 @ Clark Stadium

• combined w/ Clark & Vines
• Repertoire: Can't Stop Lovin' You, Speak Up Mambo

7. Plano Band Restaurant Night @ Local Creamery, Sept 22

• Plano Band Staff will be the guest scoopers!

9. Wylie Marching Invitational, Sept 26

• Prelims performance time: 12:30pm
• Guaranteed finals performance that evening (Time TBD)
