Our tardy bell rings at 7:45 am each day. your child needs to be in the building prior to this time! Students who are constantly late, even if it is a few minutes, are still missing valuable class time.

All students must be picked up in the car line by no later than 3:05 pm. Students that are at school after 3:05 will be placed in our Latchkey program and parents will be charged our weekly Latchkey payment of $30.

If you would be interested in serving as a PTF officer or volunteering for one of our events throughout the year, please complete the survey below. We are in the process of looking for PTF officers & volunteers for the 2022-2023 school year.

We will be setting up a PTF meeting to name our officers for the 2022-2023 school year. Thank you very much for your partnership and support of FAME Academy.

All Nothing Bundt Cake orders and money must be turned in by this Friday, April 22nd. Pick up for the Nothing Bundt Cakes are Friday, May 6th. Additional information will be sent out when orders may be picked up the week of May 2nd.

We will be sharing resources to assist our families at home to support your children, from social-emotional information to academics. We hope the resources provided to you all below are beneficial!

As of now, our protocols remain the same. The CDC has made some changes to their recommendations, but right now there are no changes for schools.

-Masks are required on all school buses.(Federal Mandate)

-Maintain 3-foot distancing when possible.

-Continue to practice good hygiene (make sure you have soap and hand sanitizer).

-Continue with sanitization measures.

Quarantine Time Period (Please refer to the table below regarding quarantine procedures for COVID Positive & Exposure cases.

Symptoms of COVID include:

-Temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher

-Sore throat

-Cough (for students with chronic cough due to allergies or asthma, a change in their cough from baseline)

General Medical Guidelines for Illnesses

-Students who have a temperature of 100.3 or higher must remain at home 24 hours fever-free without fever-reducing medication.

-Students who vomit must remain at home for 24 hours.

Please notify Mr. Mathheus or Mrs. Williams if:

-You have tested positive for COVID

-You are awaiting COVID test results

-You have been exposed to COVID and plan to isolate

We have hired additional staff for our Latchkey program due to our increase in enrollment. If you would like for your child to attend Latchkey, the cost is $30 a week and must be paid on the Monday of each week.

All paperwork and payment must be completed and sent before any child begins Latchkey. If you have any questions regarding our Latchkey services, please refer to the packet below or contact Mr. Mathheus at jeff.mathheus@acs-k12.org
