Attention- Project Late Entries Attention- Project Late Entries

Several people have received information that they CANNOT exhibit projects at the Fair because they have missed the deadline. Exhibit Building projects can still entered by calling the office 574-935-8545. Tags have already been printed so the check in process may take longer. Please plan accordingly when dropping off projects that have not been entered in on Fair Entry.

Some Livestock projects can also be entered in as well. THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS HERE. Please call the office to see what options are available. You can also contact your livestock superintendent.

10 year members/Star Achiever Winners

All 10 year members and Star Achiever winners need to report to the livestock arena 30 minutes prior to opening ceremonies. We will put you in alphabet order and let you know the process for 10 year recognition. If you have changes to your bio please let us know prior to that day so that we can make those in a timely manner or let us know that day. Make sure the people that are walking with you are there as well. Please dress nicely for this event, though we understand that this is also livestock check-in day.

Star Achievers you will get your sashes that day and we will prep you for what all you will be doing during Fair Week! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Fashion Revue at Opening Ceremony

For those interested, you are invited to come to Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, July 18th at 4PM at the Livestock Arena on the Fairground to walk across the stage in your Fashion Revue outfits. You can stop by the Exhibit Building at 3:15pm to pick up your outfits and get ready. This is not a requirement, but allows members an opportunity to show their skills in front of an audience.

Meet at the north side of the stage.
