Set up your accounts as soon as possible
Step One:
You will need your LC registration ID that would have been sent to you from K12-confirmation@k12.com subject " Important school information enclosed!"
- Don't see that email? No worries just go to the login page and click on "need help logging in" Then "request registration ID"
- Only the LC gets a registration ID you set up the student account from within the LC account. You only get one registration ID no matter how many students you have.
- If you are a returning family , you will not receive another registration ID. Your login credentials will be the same as they were during your previous enrollment.

👀 What’s This Welcome Landing Page?
Before school officially starts, students and Learning Coaches will see a Welcome Landing Page when they log in. This page is your home base until courses and schedules appear on your first day. It features a cheerful greeting, and helpful sections like the School Prep Checklist, Learning Materials, and how to connect with your community. It’s designed to make sure you feel supported and ready—whether you’re new or returning. You won’t see class schedules or assignments yet, but this page has everything you need to confidently get started!

If you haven't visited the K12 Help Center lately, now is a great time! The site has been refreshed with helpful resources, guides, and answers to many common questions.
⭐ One of my favorite new features is the "System Status" button!
Wondering if the K12 School platform is experiencing technical issues? Instead of guessing, simply click System Status. A pop-up window opens with the current status of K12 systems, along with any known issues or updates. It's a quick and easy way to see if a problem is widespread before spending time troubleshooting on your own.

Order your student ID Card. They are free of charge. You will use them when you come to in person events and in person testing. Make sure to choose our design.
