1. Historically, blue was the color associated with St. Patricks day, not green.

2. Green became popular in the 18th century.

3. The first St. Patricks day was in 1601 in a Spanish colony (Florida), not in Ireland.

4. St. Patrick was born in Roman Britain. Likely modern day whales or Scotland.

Q: What is your favorite day of the week:

Lucas: Friday and Monday. I like Friday because we usually do some fun activities. I like Monday because sometimes there are tests and those can go well.

Q: This year, what's your favorite subject?

Lucas: Math because I like to do keep - change - flip.

Q: What did. you think of the Pep Rally?

Lucas: I liked the songs, like Golden from KPop Demon Hunter and I liked the pop-it bracelet.

Q: How do you like doing the play?

Lucas: I like doing the play because I'm the hyena and I would tell you my line but I don't want to give anything away.

Q: The play is the Lion King. What is your favorite movie?

Lucas: Sing because I love the pig characters and the music.

The weather today is around 40 degrees with a 100% chance of RAIN. Looks like Punxsutawney Phil prediction was right. Fun fact did you know that Punxsutawney is 140!
