On Campus Learning

Hello CIS Elementary Families! Below you will find some important information about our first on campus day next week. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to reach out to your student's teacher.

On our on campus day, if your student is NOT attending, please have them join Morning Meeting at 8:45 to go over what they should be working on at home. All work will be posted on their Canvas pages for the day.

On Campus Schedule:

9:15am - 9:30am: Drop Off (at the Tennis Courts off of Madre St)

9:30am - 9:45am: Snack Time

(Please send your student with a snack and water. Our cafeteria will also provide a snack and drink)

9:45am - 11:45am: On Campus Learning

11:45am - 12:00pm: Pick Up (at the Tennis Courts off of Madre St)

If you arrive late, please enter the school through the Main Office off of Madre St. You can sign in and our office staff will walk your student to class.

What to bring:

• back pack
• snack (optional - snack is also provided)
• water bottle
• mask (optional)

Below you will find the answers to questions asked when completing the form for On Campus Participation:

• Q - Does my student have to be vaccinated?
• A - No

• Q - Does my student have to wear a mask?
• A - No

• Q - Does my student need to bring their chromebook?
• A - No

• Q - How many time per week are in person?
• A - Only on Wednesdays

• Q - Will you only meet on September 28th, or will there be other on campus opportunities?
• A - We will meet on campus every Wednesday unless there is no school.
