Hello Tigers!

As we enter the season of gratitude, I want to send a giant THANK YOU to our students and families for such a great start to our school year! I hope you find this newsletter packed full of information you can use and refer to throughout the year. It is live, so feel free to come back as often a s you need.

SENIORS - Have you applied yet??

1. Apply to a 2 or 4 year college! Use http://www.applytexas.org OR http://www.commonapp.org
2. Apply to a trade school! https://www.tstc.edu/
3. Request transcripts through SchooLinks. The registrar will be processing transcripts that are requested through SchooLinks. (See below for instructions on how to do this)
4. Apply for scholarships! I post lots of scholarships down below so check back often.
5. Finalize college plans. Narrow your list, choose a college, find a roommate, living arrangements, orientation, register for the TSI testing if needed.
6. Explore career options!
7. ASK ME QUESTIONS :)

TRANSCRIPTS:

OFFICIAL transcripts must be requested in order to make all of your college applications complete. To request an official transcript you can go to SchooLinks - see instructions below.

SENIOR PACKAGE:

As senior year is underway, things tend to get a bit spendy and we wanted you to have the option of paying this summer and get ahead of some of the expenses. We encourage the senior package to save you a little money and to get some added perks along the way. Please note that the payments do not come out automatically, you will need to log in to make payment.

You are welcome to pay online HERE. Online there are 2 options - the TOP option is to pay in full ($350) and the bottom option is to pay on the payment plan. If you choose to participate in the senior package – you must complete THIS FORM if you participate in the senior package. You can email the completed form to becky.martinez@fortbendisd.gov.

The senior package includes:

· Prom Ticket with Souvenir (1)

· Senior Yearbook (1)

· Senior Trip (1)

· Senior Trip Shirt (1)

· Senior Class Shirt (1)

· Souvenir

Approximate Value = $375 Package Deal= $350

Senior Package Payment Options:

1. Pay in full - $350
2. Payment Plan – 7 Payments of $50 each

Payment Plan Schedule

**These payments do not automatically come out – you need to go into RevTrak to pay! Please keep track of your payments. (You are welcome to pay early on any of these)

• Payment 4 $50 Due November 15th
• Payment 5 $50 Due December 15th
• Payment 6 $50 Due January 15th
• Payment 7 $50 Due February 15th
