This is Noel Keener, the proud principal of Ragsdale High School. This week marked our third week in school, which means progress reports are going out on Tuesday! These progress reports will be handed directly to students in class, so please check in with your students about the report. Don't forget- you can see your child's grades and attendance through Campus Parent (https://www.gcsnc.com/families/technology/campus-parent).
Ragsdale celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept 15 until October 15. We will have events throughout the month. culminating with a community celebration October 8 from 5 until 7pm. See our newsletters for more details!
Our last Senior photos are happening by appointment on campus September 16. Find all the information you need at cady.com. Also seniors, don't forget you have until the 30th day of school to get your vaccinations up to date! If your records indicate you are NOT up-to-date, you will be given a flyer at school with information from the Guilford County Department of Public Health on how to schedule an appointment. You have just over 1 week!
Flag Football tryouts start September 29. Already a Fall Athlete? No problem. Just see one of our coaches before tryouts start to get more information!
On September 30 at 8am, we will host our first parent meeting, open to all parents- Coffee with the Principal, sponsored by Ragsdale PTSA. Come in and hear all the great things our students and staff are doing. We want to hear from you how we can connect even better with our community!
