Doors Open for Breakfast: 8:25

Dismissal: 3:00

***Breakfast will not be served after the 8:45 bell!

Just a friendly reminder that doors open at 8:25 AM. Students may head to breakfast first and then to class.
For arrival, please remember there is no parent drop-off at Door A (front of the building), unless you are needing to enter the office. All drop off students should enter through Door B in the morning.
While we love seeing our families, no parents are allowed to enter classrooms without first stopping in the office for a badge and proper check in. No adults should be entering the building with their students at Door B.
Dismissal is at 3:00 PM each day.

If there are any changes to your dismissal plan, you must call the office by 2:00 at the latest. Changes will not be guaranteed if you call after 2:00.

We love volunteers! However, if you want to volunteer you must have a background check on file. Background checks are good for 3 years. When submitting a new volunteer form, please fill out the required paperwork and bring your driver's license to the front office to scan through our Raptor system.

We also love visits. However, if you want to visit, you must give your child's teacher 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding!

The Annual Student Information Update MUST be completed as soon as possible if you haven't done so already! We have many students who still do not have their registration complete. This needs to be completed ASAP. If you are having issues with PowerSchool please reach out to Mrs. Ostermeier. Feel free to call or email at k.ostermeier@mcas.k12.in.us

Vision screening on October 21st for kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 5th graders.

If your student is having vision problems and are not scheduled to be seen, please contact the nurse to add them to the list.

We are down to the last 14 students missing immunizations, if you miss your scheduled appointment, please contact the nurse to provide the plan to get them done as soon as possible.

This is a popcorn Friday!

Popcorn is $.50 a bag, limit 2 bags per person

Thank you to those who have volunteered to make popcorn day a success.

World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser has come to an end. All money was due on Thursday, Sept. 25th. If you have not turned in your money it is officially LATE and must be turned in ASAP. A permission slip was signed by the parent of the student stating they are RESPONSIBLE for the $60 due.

We are now collecting CANDY and 2 LITER BOTTLES OF POP for Fall Festival. These can be dropped off anytime in the office. We appreciate your support in making our Fall Fest a fun and safe experience for our students. As of 10/19 Mrs. Hughes 3rd grade class is in the lead for the pizza party. Keep the donations coming!

Our next Fundraiser has begun! We are currently running our Perfect Puff Pastry Shoppe Fundraiser. These items are delicious and perfect for the holiday's ahead. You can set up an online shop or take orders on your order form that was sent home on Friday and turn in with cash. NO checks will be accepted.

Soccer season has started out wonderfully. We are so proud of the student athletes drive and willingness to learn. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday's from 3-4:30, unless there is a scheduled game. If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Ostermeier at k.ostermeier@mcas.k12.in.us ***There is not an activity bus available on game day!
