All school pictures in Newport will be sold as pre order only. This will enable us to deliver what is needed to the school quickly. It is also the fastest way to get pictures to families. Orders are due by picture day September 18th, 2023. We are unable to do late orders this year. Payment for any school picture orders must be made before the pictures are taken. All picture orders will be delivered to students at school this year. We will email families who ordered to let you know they have been delivered to school so you can watch for them to come home. El día de la fotografía de RHS es el lunes 18 de septiembre . Todas las fotografías escolares en Newport se venderán únicamente mediante pedido anticipado. Esto nos permitirá entregar lo que se necesita a la escuela rápidamente. También es la forma más rápida de hacer llegar fotografías a las familias. Superintendent Jermain is holding Parent Advisory Council meetings once a month on Thursdays at 9:30am. The first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 28th. The meeting will be in-person and held at the CCRI Newport Campus.

⮚ Should you feel your family does not qualify for free or reduced meals, please list child’s name on step 1, write “waive process” on Step 3, and sign/date Step 4 of application and return to the main office or crew teacher.

The Rogers Theatre company is pleased to announce that auditions for our winter show, "A Christmas Carol," will be held on Monday, September 25th & Wednesday, September 27th. Auditions will take place at Middletown High School's Cafetorium from 6:30 -8PM each night & you only need to attend one time slot.

Auditions are open to any student from Newport or Middletown & everyone is encouraged to attend, no prior experience is needed! All students auditioning for speaking roles will be asked to act out a provided scene from the show. Please email or see Mr. Corr in room 100 w/ any questions.
