Attendance Procedures
Tardy / Student Check-In
The school day begins at 8:35 am. If your student arrives after the 8:35 bell, please escort them to the main entrance and check in at the front desk. You’ll be asked to complete a brief attendance form on our purple iPad.
Student Check-Out
If your student needs to leave early for an appointment or other reason, please come to the front desk to check them out. For the safety of all students, we may ask to see a photo ID.
-
Please plan to arrive before 3:15 pm if you need an early dismissal, as we cannot call students out of class after that time.
Attendance Line
If your student will be late or absent for the day, please call our attendance line at 303-387-6727. The attendance line voicemail is available 24 hours a day -- whenever possible, we ask that messages are left by 8:00 am. While teachers always appreciate knowing when your student will be absent, all absences must also be reported to the attendance line. This helps us keep accurate records and ensure every student’s safety.
