Focus Time

Focus Time blocks out specific times during your day when you need uninterrupted focus to complete important tasks. It's a visual cue that lets colleagues and students know you're unavailable for meetings or interruptions.

Here's how Focus Time can benefit teachers:

  • Improved Productivity: By setting aside dedicated Focus Time blocks, you can minimize distractions and get more done in less time.
  • Enhanced Work-Life Balance: Focus Time helps you establish healthy boundaries between work and personal life, preventing burnout.
  • Clearer Communication: When colleagues see your Focus Time, they'll understand and respect your need for uninterrupted work, leading to better communication and collaboration.

Calendar is EVERYWHERE

Nope, it's not haunting you, but you can use it in a lot places easily.

This allows you to stay in a single Google app and not switch tabs.

Here are some examples:

  • Tasks: Create tasks, set deadlines, and effortlessly integrate them into your calendar. You'll find it right at the top of your Calendar.
  • Gmail: Not only can you access it from the right of your Gmail window, but you can add availability and an appointment schedule directly into an email.
  • Docs: Using a smart chip, you can create a Calendar event right from your Google Doc with the time and date you need to easily pivot from an action item in an agenda to a meeting in your Calendar.
