Superintendent's Weekly Update

December 1, 2023
Dear Weymouth Public Schools Community
As we usher in the festive month of December, it is with great joy and anticipation that we extend our warmest greetings to each and every member of our school district community. The holiday season is upon us, and it brings with it a sense of warmth, togetherness, and the spirit of giving.
Throughout the year, our schools have been vibrant hubs of learning, growth, and community engagement. As we approach the end of the calendar year, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the achievements, challenges, and the collective resilience that defines our school district.
In the spirit of December, we encourage everyone to embrace the values of compassion, kindness, and understanding. This is a time to celebrate the diversity that enriches our school community and to appreciate the unique talents and contributions each individual brings to our shared learning environment.
As we exchange well-wishes, let us also take a moment to express gratitude for the dedicated educators, staff, students, and families who make our school district thrive. Your commitment to excellence and your unwavering support contribute to the success of our community.
In the coming weeks, our schools will be adorned with festive decorations, and various activities will take place to celebrate the holiday season. Whether it's through winter concerts, charitable initiatives, or simply spending quality time with loved ones, let us embrace these opportunities to foster a sense of unity and joy.
May this December be filled with moments of laughter, love, and shared experiences. Let us continue to support and uplift one another, creating a positive and nurturing environment that extends beyond the classroom.
Warm regards,
Robert Wargo
